唐揚げも揚げた後に【大量に振りかける塩コショウでごまかしている状態】でした。
専門店なら「仕込み」で勝負しろよ。弁当屋の唐揚げじゃないんだから。。
そして鶏肉を切り分けているところが丸見え。
・清潔感がない。
・切った鶏肉をボールへ都度、ポイッと放り投げている。
これを見て食べる気も萎えますわ。

ただ、衣に味はあるけど、肉そのものの下味が薄いように感じました。
