★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新卒採用時に、一般職で転勤がないこの事業所所属の職種に応募し、面接を受けた際、担当者からセクハラに当たる質問をぶつけられ（容姿に関すること）、答えるのに困っていたら答えなくても分かりますよみたいた事を言われ、質問者以外の人からも笑われました。非常にショックを受けたのと同時に大変頭に来たので、すぐに労働基準監督署に通告しました。その後どうなったかは分かりませんが（実際にご縁がなかったので安心もしましたが、指導は入ったと思います）、女性従業員がこのビルから出てくるたびに嫌な出来事を思い出します（上司に不適切な発言されていないかなあなど、余計なことを考えてしまいます）。この企業に足りないのは、採用を希望する労働者をあまりにも低く見ていること、ご縁がなかった人は一歩ビルを出ればコイズミ製品を購入する可能性のある「お客様に戻る」ということを再認識してほしいです。コイズミのブランドが泣きますし、その後私がコイズミ製品を一切買わなくなったことは言うまでもありません。
 When hiring a new graduate, I applied for a job that belongs to this office that is not transferred to a general job, and when I was interviewed, the person in charge asked me a question about sexual harassment (about appearance), and if I was having trouble answering it, I would not answer I was told that I could understand, and people other than the questioner laughed at me. I was so shocked and at the same time very confused that I immediately notified the Labor Standards Inspection Office. I don't know what happened after that (I was relieved because I didn't actually have a connection, but I think I got some guidance), but every time a female employee comes out of this building, I remember an unpleasant event. (I wonder if my boss has made inappropriate statements, etc.). What the company lacks is that it looks too low on the workers who want to hire, and those who have no connection can "return to the customer" who may buy Koizumi products once they leave the building. I want you to recognize that again. It goes without saying that the Koizumi brand cried and I stopped buying any Koizumi products after that.
