女性の年齢が高めの方に、え？え？聞こえないって何度も言われて不愉快でした。そして横の機械がうるさくてと言い訳をされました。
まず、申し訳ございません、聞き取れなかったのでもう一度よろしいですか？と聞き直せないんでしょうか？
近くにある同じ系列の薬局は待ち時間が長いのでこちらに通ってましたがもう2度といかないです。
