加えて、本日商品が届いたが、購入時に勧められた「雲」がセット商品の中にも入っていた。よって、全く同じ商品が二つとなってしまったことから、一つ分を返金して欲しい。自社商品の知識不足を感じ、社員教育の徹底を図って欲しいと感じた。顧客満足度が更に下がった。
