さっと決めてお会計を済ませようとすると、楊さんという店員さんが声をかけてくださいました。
私は申し訳なくて、「閉店間際にすみません…」と謝ると、「そんなの全然気にしないでください！」と、笑顔で接客してくださいました。
また、こちらの時間に余裕があるか確認をしてから、おすすめのネイルの組み合わせをiPadで丁寧に見せてくれました?
その場でお礼が言えなかったので、こちらに書き込みます。
都会のデパートの店員さんはなんだかとっつきにくい印象の方が多いのかと思っていたので、とても嬉しかったです。またぜひ伺います！

元々悩んでたのは二種類の香水だったのですが、大きめの新しい香水をオススメされました。値段としては4倍も違うものです。
発見としては良かったのですが、小さい香水の話は一切なく、高いものの話の一点張り。匂いの持続時間などの差別化点での説明はありましたが、それ以外はなく…。小さい物の良さもありますし、差別化をしっかり説明出来ればお客様としても良いと思いますよ。
永遠とその香水の良さしか教えてくれず、面倒だったのでそのまま購入しました。値段のご案内は聞くまで無かったです。←ここやばい笑
聞いてから値段の差に驚きでしたね。
お客様のニーズに合わせたご案内をするのが一般的なのにも関わらず、成績？なのかな？酷かったです。ヒアリング不足以前に、ヒアリングしやすいように情報を先に開示してるのに、聞く耳持たず笑笑
ありがとうございましたの後もずっと側にいる状況。もう二度と行かないです。
購入品のシロ フリージア はとても良い品なので、使うかプレゼントとして利用します。久々に行きましたが、siroは相変わらずいい匂いなので愛用はしたいと思います。
最後にカフェ紹介してくれたのは良かったと思います◎

The purchased Shiro Freesia is a very good product, so use it or use it as a gift. I went there after a long time, but siro still smells good, so I would like to use it habitually.

店頭で迷っていると、店員のお姉さんが優しくアドバイスしてくれて（名札見るの忘れてしまいました?すごく接客態度が良かったです！）、味噌ラテを注文。すごく美味しかったし、何より店員さんの態度が柔らかく優しくて、話しやすかったです。
久々の都会で鉄道間違えまくって落ち込んでいたので、ここに来て癒されました。本当にありがとうございました。
また渋谷に来たら是非立ち寄らせてください☺️

カフェのドリンクもとても美味しかったです✨
購入後の紙袋の持ち手にお試しのスプレーをかけて貰ったのですが、名前を忘れてしまい?とても好みの匂いだったのでもしわかれば教えていただきたいです。
