★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的に「貸してあげてる」感が強かった。マンションも鉄筋コンクリートと謳っている割に音がよく伝わっていました（特に通路と上下）。迷惑行為には、苦情を申し出た人に二次被害が及んでしまうような配慮に欠けた対応。入居者の悪質な嫌がらせ行為には通報しても特に対応しないので、嫌がらせしたもん勝ち状態。常識的な入居者はいつの間にかみんな引っ越して行きました。不動産会社として、管理会社として、マンションとして、人に勧める理由が何も見当たらない。

ユーミー、「だったら勤務先に問い合わせてください」
勤務先の社宅担当に問い合わせると
「契約書を確認したんですけど、大家さんは名前だけ書いてあって住所や電話番号は書いてないんです、だから連絡先はユーミーさんに聞かないとわからないです」
ユーミーネット宇都宮店さん、呆れるしかない対応です。社宅担当の人も、もうユーミーマンションは薦めないでしょう。

■建物環境
『鉄筋コンクリートなので、隣の人がいつ帰ってきたかわからないくらい静かですよ』と説明を受けたが、隣の人のいびきが聞こえるくらいだった。
上階の足音も響き、廊下を歩くヒールの音は全室内に響く。
入居後、１週間で退居を決めた。
星１は、女性社員の対応は良かったのでその分としておく。
