N	NOV FUJISAWA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の上から目線はいただけない。何故にそんなに馴れ馴れしいのか。親しみやすさを勘違いしないで欲しい。土地柄なのか、時間と混み具合で受付を拒絶する。診察時間12:00までなのに受付が『閉めたいから』と受付を11:00で締め切るのは患者目線ではない。ただし、診察は丁寧。 You can not see your eyes from the reception desk. Coco! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は診察がとても丁寧で症状の説明もしっかりしてくれる。地元のお医者さんらしい温かさがあり、患者の立場になり親身になってできることを先に配慮してくださるような誠実な方。しかし残念でならないのは受付窓口にいる女性たちの馴れ合いな対応と緊張感のなさ。帰った患者さんについてあれこれと他の患者が待っている待ち合いで笑いながら大声で話している。あの態度はありえない。先生のお人柄が素晴らしいだけに、それがとても残念に感じます。 The teacher is very attentive and gives a good explanation of the symptoms.
