誕生日ケーキを予約していたのに用意されていませんでした。店頭にて予約をしたのにこんなことってあるんですね。
本当にがっかりです。
予約時と受け取り時の店員さんは同じ方で私の事を覚えていたのにキャンセルされましたよね？と言われました。
謝罪もありませんでした。
もういいですとこちらが帰ろうとするとそうですか。の一言でした。
嫌がらせですか？
こどもの誕生日だったのに…
あなたにとってはたくさんのお客の中の1人かもしれませんが、私にとっては一年に一度の息子の誕生日を台無しにされたのです。私と家族の気持ちがお分かりになりますでしょうか？
他の方も投稿されていらっしゃいますが、店員の方の接客態度についてお店の方は把握されてないのでしょうか？
改善されるおつもりはないのでしょうか？
ケーキの味云々よりもお店の顔となる方なので何とかしていただきたいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通のカットケーキ？を買って美味しかったので、クリスマスのケーキを予約して買いましたが、スポンジもバサバサで、苺もビックリするほど酸っぱく、3800円で4号と少し高めだったので期待していましたが、コスパとしては非常に悪く感じました。何というか、個人的には、お店の雰囲気や店員さんの感じなどから総合的にユーザーを大切にしていない印象を、受けました。
残念でした。

接客する方のことを色々と意見しているクチコミを拝見し、不愉快に感じています。やたらと愛想があればいいというものではないので、私は気になりません。
威圧感があるとか、無作法というなら別ですが。
愛想がいいと勘違いな接客の方が、マイナスだと思っていますので。
的確な接客をして下さり、好印象です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキは美味しく、ショーケース部分も飛沫ボードでコロナ対策もバッチリ❗️なのにも関わらず、35〜40代くらいの店員さんの行動を本当やめてもらいたい❗️わざわざ注文したケーキを確認で見せてくる時、少しでもショーケースから動いてしまったら、レジの部分の飛沫ボードの下から、空気に触れるようにわざわざケーキを見せてくるの、やめてほしい。何のための飛沫対策ボードでしょうか？ショーケースのところから見せれば済む話でしょう？?
テキパキしてる年上の方の店員さんはそうゆう事はしないので安心できます。
