家賃3万+1万の共益費で電気代光熱費水道代ネット回線費全部込み！
上野駅徒歩10分という立地では最強のコスパでしたね。
ただ、日本人ギークやオタク住人に代わって陽気なスリランカ移民の方々が多数居住するようになってからハウスの性質がすっかり変わってしまい、元々の住人が次々に退去してしまってギークハウスとは言えなくなったのは残念でしたね。
また、これくらいオトクなシェアハウスに住みたいものです。
