斎	斎藤敏弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スバルレガシーに乗っています。深夜、高速から降りてすぐエンジン警告灯、オイルプレッシャー警告灯、バッテリー警告灯が点灯しエンストしてしまいました。一旦エンジンを切って、再度かけたところ、エンジンはかかったのですが、振動とノッキングがひどく、乗っているのが怖いほどでした。翌日ディーラーに持っていって、3日間かけて調べてもらった結果が、異常なし… そんなはずはないと、多摩ボデーさんに持って行ったところ、1日でキーシリンダーのソケット接点不良と判明。スバル調布店の杜撰な点検体制に呆れました。キーシリンダーのソケット接点不良… 素人の私でも理解ができる基本的な不具合を見つけることもできないディーラーってなんなんでしょう！それに対して多摩ボデーさんの迅速で、プロフェッショナルな対応に驚きと共に、尊敬の念を抱きました！その旨、窓口の女性に伝えたところ、「地道にコツコツとやっているだけです。」と非常に謙虚な言葉。しかも、検査費込みで3万円という相場よりはるかに安い金額。これにも驚きました！商売の原点を学ばせて頂きました！今後は、絶対にスバル調布店にはいきません。クレームを入れても、言い訳に終始して、謝罪するということを知らず、面倒なことがあると社内をたらい回しするやり方、しかも初歩の初歩であるキーシリンダーのソケットの接点不良も見つけられないレベルの低さ。ディーラーだから安心と思い、10万円以上もする定期点検パックを購入したにもかかわらず、このような体たらく… それに比べて、多摩ボデーさんの対応のよさ！愛車をお願いするなら、ここです！ I am riding the Subaru Legacy.
