他の方も書かれていますが、受付の青い制服をきた年配のおばさんが威圧的な話し方でいつも感じが悪いです!診察中に、田内先生に何かを聞きにきたことがあるのですが 、声も話し方も別人になっていてびっくり!それが出来るなら患者さんにもお願いしたい。人の接し方も学んだ方がいいんじゃないの??田内先生は優しいのに本当残念です。

かかりつけとしてお世話になっています。サバサバした先生ですが、子どもにも優しく接してくれます。ただ、受付に冷たい感じの方が1人いて、その方は苦手です。 でしたが、今はどの方も親切です。

ネット予約ができますがいつも混んでいます。しかし、スタッフの皆さんがテキパキ動いているのでとてもスムーズに診察まで進みます。子供も嫌がらずに通院できるので良い。先生も優しくわかりやすく要点のみ説明をしてくれる所もありがたいです。明るい雰囲気で病院ですが和みます。

いつも混んでいますが、ネット予約でき、今はお会計まで車で待つシステムなので他の方との接触が少なくて助かります。 先生は忙しいので早口でパパパッと診察が終わってしまいますが優しい感じです。

いつもお世話になってます 1部の受付の方の評価が悪いですが、確かに言い方は強いですが…凄く悪い?という感じではありませんでした きっと人間性なんでしょう。まあこの方が子供の診察をしてくれる訳ではないので特に気にしません 診察室で言われた待ち時間に受付に行ったら、メールで呼んでからにして下さいって言われた矛盾は、え?って思ったけど… 先生は忙しそうでテキパキしてます、でも泣いている子供にも優しいです

Worst experience I've ever had. The front office is very rude. Once my baby threw up for several times during midnight and had a 40-degree fever, we went to this office around 8 am and waited until 1 pm to see the doctor and get the medicine. However the temperature remained 40-degree even after taking medicine. It did not work. We called the office and they asked us to go back immediately. When we arrived, they said there was a line and we had to wait for another 2 hours. we tried to explain the situation, but Mrs. Tauchi just interrupted us and repeated "there is a line". We asked her whether a nurse could come to check the baby to make sure that it is OK to wait or not. She was grouchy and yelled to us "there is a line". We therefore went to emergency room and the doctor said my baby was dehydrated and needed an intravenous drip asap.
