心斎橋にあるフレンチのお店。 記念日に何度か伺ったが、間違いなく大阪で最高レベルの料理が提供されるお店。 バター・小麦粉・砂糖を99%使用しないのが売りで、コクも甘味も全て食材由来。 私はカジュアルな料理から高級料理まで食べ歩くのが趣味だが、それぞれに良さがあると思っていて、リュミエールのようなお店は舌の上で組み合わされた素材をときほぐし、うまみを探る作業が本当に楽しい。 絵を観ているような感じ。 一つひとつのお皿に驚きがあり、上質なマリアージュを体感できる。 もちろんワインも選りすぐり。アルコールに弱い方はぜひ名だたるシャトーで作られた葡萄ジュースを飲んでみてほしい。 料理の見た目や煙の出る演出、誕生日や記念日のプレートも見事で、目でも楽しい。 こういう店ではあまり写真を撮らないが、ここではお店の方が「せっかくなので」と勧めてくれるので、思い出に残せて良い。 毎回幸せな気持ちで店を出る。 だいたい2人で5〜7万ほど(お酒の量で上下する)。 ごちそうさまでした。

心斎橋で、フレンチでランチの店を探していました。ミシュラン1つ星という事でこの店にしました。確かにその価値はありました。「野菜の美食」をコンセプトに、新鮮な食材を厳選し、使用する調味料は基本、塩と胡椒のみ、バター、クリーム、小麦粉、砂糖は料理には99%使用しないとの事。シェフは、野菜の魔術師です。一皿一皿、運んだ時に、食材と料理の説明を丁寧にしてくれます。料理を盛ってある器は良い焼き物を使っていました。もちろん料理の味も、とても素晴らしかったです。パンは北浜の「Pain KARATO」で美味しかったです。メインは今回、天草梅肉ポークにしました。美味しかったです。別の「オーストラリア産仔羊背肉」、「国産牛フィレ肉」も食べてみたいです。本日のデザートも見た目も美しく、とても美味しかったです。ディナーにも伺いたいです。

I tried dinner course. The course consists of each creative and delicate dish. The manager explained the dish very kindly. It was my first time to try deer steak, I was bit worried but it tasted awesome. It did not smell bad at all, I enjoyed the full of juice. However, the best of this day was the dessert menu. Personally, I do not prefer too sweet food, but I enjoyed all these little food. I definitely recommend this restaurant to my people. Thank you !

My date said it was the best experience in her life. Exceptional on every level. Comfortable seats, prompt service, incredibly healthy, and amazing use of temperature. Mid-level courses was ~$100 ea, after drinks, tax, and charge it came to around ~350 for two. There was plenty of food and we both left full.
