Did a digital perm, color, cut and treatment @ ¥13000. Very good price. My hair condition wasn’t an easy task. The perm wasn’t done well. No curl at all. Yet at least it didn’t ended up fried dry lolx Hair cut was very uneven and too thinning cut. Coloring was fine. 1 addition star for Matuki’s effort in trying his best in this hairdo session. Thank you! Keep it up! Work for the better future!
