タンメン:680円 麺は黄色っぽい縮れ太麺。 茹で加減は丁度良く、モチモチとして良好な食感でした。 具材は豚肉・白菜・モヤシ・ニラで構成。 豚肉は肩ロースで大きめなカット。脂身が少なく赤身中心の肉質。 白菜はシャリシャリとして食感がよく甘みも感じられた。 モヤシとニラは柔らかく食べ易い。 スープはやや茶濁した塩味。 出汁は鶏ガラ中心??? 塩分濃度は丁度良い塩梅で、野菜の甘みが感じられて美味しいです。 ラードなのか液体油が多めでコッテリ感は強め。 接客は丁寧な感じで好感が持てるお店でした。 ご馳走様でした!!

醤油ラーメン、餃子5個で、1110円。支那竹が甘く、スープにも影響し、全体的に美味いとは思えなかった。ゆえに、値段も割高に感じられた。昼時で、カウンターのみだが満席に近かったが、他におすすめメニューがあったのではないかと推察された。小生の不勉強だったかもしれないので、参考にはされないで下さい。
Soy sauce ramen and 5 dumplings cost 1110 yen. Chinese bamboo was sweet and affected the soup, so I didn't think it was delicious overall. Therefore, the price felt expensive. Although it was only full at the counter at noon, it was guessed that there was another recommended menu. Please don't use it as a reference, as it may have been a non-study of my elementary school student.

個人的には、タンメンの完全上位互換である、肉そばがお勧め。タンメンに多めの肉と卵を加えたものです。日によってスープの濃さが違うのはご愛嬌、卓上の胡椒で調整してください。 昼飯は混むものの、夕食はガラガラなので、行くなら夜。 私は100回近く通っているかもしれません。 ここ十数年でメニュー数がかなり減りましたが、タンメン系の旨さは健在です。 他には、油でコーティングされたしっとり炒飯や、具材がパンパンで手作り感あふれる餃子がおすすめです。餃子は時間がかかるので夜に頼んでください。

昼前の11時半過ぎに来店 タンメンを注文して、カウンター越しに調理を見る。 メイン調理は高齢の男性だけど、麺茹で等は別の女性 麺だけさっさと茹でて丼に入れて放置 そこへかなり遅れてタンメンスープと具材をイン! 全くタイミングが合っておらず麺はぐちゃぐちゃに、、、 スープは塩味が強く旨味は感じられず。 再訪問はありません。

街中華です。口コミどおり、昼時は客足は途絶えず、また具のボリーウムはありました(肉そばを食べました)。その分、麺はやや茹で過ぎ、肉は固まってました…添付画像参照。 ただ、これは街中華の特徴と言うか、全否定ではありません。

焼肉定食がお勧め。 肉を油通ししてから焼きに入る感じでしょうか。 火が通っているのに柔らかく、肉のうまみが閉じ込められていて美味しいです。 技術的にも、油を大量に使うのでコスト的にも、老舗の町中華にしか出来ない調理法だと思います。

Went for the spicy tantanmen 担々麺, but it wasn't as good as I hoped. Not many folks before the lunch rush. Cash only.
