★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いままでに二度、修理してもらいました。最初に行った時に、サービス業とは思えないくらい感じが悪く、次はないなと思ったのですが、二度めはお盆で他の店がお休みで仕方なく行きました。相変わらず感じが悪かったです。
We had you repair twice before now. When I first went there, I felt it was so bad that I couldn't imagine it as a service business, and I thought there wasn't any more. The feeling was still bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の18:30頃に、自転車のパンク修理の問い合わせをしました。営業時間20:00までとなっていましたが、今日は、終了との事。
明日は、朝9:00に、店は開けるが、9:30からしか、仕事しませんとの答えが…。
電話の、口調、対応の仕方に納得いかなかったので、他のお店で修理してもらいました。
I asked for a bicycle puncture repair around 18:30 on Saturday. It had been until 20:00 business hours, but today's thing with the end.
Tomorrow, at 9:00 a.m., the store opens, but the answer is that it will only work from 9:30 ....
As I was not convinced by the tone of the phone and how to handle it, I had it repaired at another store.
