★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の案内の人がやる気のないダラダラした話し方で驚いた。結局近くに空いてるタクシーがらいないとのことで配車を断られたが、対応した方が対応が悪かったのでこの点数にしました。他のタクシー会社に電話したらとても丁寧に案内いただいたので、その対比もあるかもしれません。

後方の車居なかったし、十分サイドに寄れるし、指定した場所で

増渕タクシーの18号さんは停車場所がわかった時点で、メーター止めてくれました。
ビジネスかもしれませんが、サービス業なので、よろしくお願いしたいところです。
