乗務員を見下す。給与体系も年々改悪している。本当に会社を良くしたいのか不思議。コロナ禍で乗務員が苦しんでいるなか自分たちの給料は年俸だから減るのも微々たるもの。
早く辞めてもらえませんか。所長さん、職員の皆さん。あんたらのために稼いでるわけではありません。まずは自分たちが身を切って給料減らしなさいよ。
この会社は辞めた方がいいです。
