★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで扱う物件は入るとき清掃料で４万近く取られるんだが、入った部屋は全く掃除していない。それはもぅビックリすぎるほど清掃してないこんな業者がやっていけるなんて驚きだ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社の管理物件に住んでいますが、まず入居日当日、トイレの電気がつきませんでした。翌日廊下の電気もつきませんでした。またクリーニング済だったはずですが、隅々髪の毛だらけで吐き気がしました。この3点については我慢し、自分で対応しました。
別件でリスク管理として老朽設備の現地確認や交換対応をお願いしましたが、電話してきた男性は現状問題が起きていないなら対応できないの一点張り。こちらも強めの口調で意見を述べましたが、諦めて渋々了承したのも束の間、「申し訳ございません」と言った瞬間にガチャ切りされました。こちらが電話を切る前に切られるなんて近年されたことがないし、若い方でもないのに非常識過ぎて衝撃でした。申し訳ないなど全く思っていないことがすぐ分かりました。腹立たしさでいっぱいになり、クチコミすることにしました。
対応できないことはルールなんでしょうから仕方がありません。しかしせめて客の気持ちに寄り添った態度、誠意というものを示すべきではないですか？不動産の管理会社なのに客に対して失礼すぎます。
この会社からの案内文に「毎日を快適に過ごしていただくためにお役に立ちたいと思っている」との文言がありますが、嘘なら書かない方がいいと思います。

There is a statement from this company that "I want to help you to spend your days comfortably", but I think you should not write it if it is a lie.
