★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a decent area for food and drinks a little out of the way if riding only JR and or Keihan, but you'll pass by here if using Osaka Metro. The restaurant qualify is good and prices are reasonable. Seating can depend on the restaurant but you're bound to find something you want to eat.
Also one of the rare open air below ground level places in Osaka so you can catch some sun or rain.
They also occasionally have some live outdoor events and performances in the open area.
