After I stopped him before he entered the JR station, I asked the ladies in the information counter to call the police, those ladies and the security just stand on the side and watch. I was told there wasn't any action that stored by security cameras that can support me to the police. Very disappointed and worst experience in Japan. Won't recommend the anyone if you want to enjoy the shopping, taste the food and keep a good mood. I would definitely recommend Grand Front Osaka and Umeda 坂急 for shopping.
