★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保険による税控除の質問（こちらが調べた内容の確認）をしたら、分からないのに適当に答える。結局後で調べ直したらかなり控除額の計算間違いがあることが分かる。誤解したまま保険契約していたら相当額の損失が出ている。店長が対応していたが私はあまりお勧めできない。
If you ask a question about tax deductions by insurance (confirmation of what you have checked), answer appropriately even if you do not understand. After all, if you re-examine it later, you will find that there is a considerable miscalculation of the deduction amount. If you make an insurance contract with a misunderstanding, you will lose a considerable amount of money. The store manager responded, but I can't recommend it very much.

保険について無知識でしたが、分かりやすい説明や自分のライフスタイル視点で様々な保険を提案していただけました。
たくさん比較をすることによって、保険内容も濃いものとなり自分自身のリスクが高い所も明白になるので本当に将来に備える保険を組み合わせることができました。(比較するため沢山の資料を作成していただきましたが、嫌な顔ひとつされませんでした！)
今回、担当していただいた東野さんは何事にも親切丁寧に説明していただき、保険の良し悪しも隠さず教えて頂けたので無理のない範囲で万が一に備えた保険を組めました。本当に感謝しています。
保険についてプロフェッショナルな面も含めて疑問に対する返答、契約内容に関する連絡も迅速な対応だった所も安心感が感じられるものでした。この店舗に相談しに行って本当に良かったと思いました。
