佐	佐々木光一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日暮里にある中華料理秦淮閣です。白身魚の煮込みが四川料理の水煮魚みたいな感じですが、今まで食べたことある中で日本一美味しかったです。魚には臭み全然なくちょうどいい火加減で柔らかく美味しかったです。ナスのにんにく和えも香りがよく食欲をそそります。空芯菜炒めてが強火で出来上がり独特ないい匂いがしました。酢豚に似ている料理もパリパリで良かったです。肉団子がスペシャルソースでサプライズがありませんが平均以上に旨かったです。 It is a Chinese restaurant Hatashukaku in Nippori. The stewed white fish is like the boiled fish of Sichuan cuisine, but it was the most delicious in Japan I have ever eaten.
