★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて食べた温州料理。温州という地域は魚介類が多いのかメニューにも魚系の料理がチラホラ。辛くないから辛いのが苦手な日本人にも食べやすいと思いました。餅米を使った料理もあってもちもちして美味しいです。梅菜扣肉っていうのが初めて食べる味で特に気に入りました。なぜか蟹みたいな風味がしたけど豚肉…？
あとメニューには載ってないけど壁に貼られている料理も頼めるようです。
何気に漢方デザートが豊富で、デザートのために通いたくなりました。ごま団子にきな粉かけたやつが非常に美味。必ず食べてほしい。

三河島にも温州人が経営しているお店があるけど、そちらは日本人ターゲットで温州料理は少ないのに比べ、こちらは温州料理がメイン。
壁貼りのメニューには浙江省の沿岸の都市らしく海鮮を使ったメニューも。
オススメはワタリガニの醤油漬けで、温州ではワタリガニを生で食べるそうです。
おかみさん曰く温州料理はあっさりとした味で、日本人の口にも合うとのこと。
今回は猪脏粉という温州ではポピュラーなローカルフードを頂きましたが、他にもいろいろと食べてみたいメニューがあるので、また来てみたいですね～。

餐點選擇豐富多樣化，主餐、配菜小菜、甜點應有盡有。也有提供中午套餐，一道主菜附白飯、煮物、例湯、甜點。
牛肉湯麵是帶有咖哩味的紅燒湯底，鹹淡適中，肉質有的偏硬，有的軟嫩，麵條不軟爛稍有咬勁。因為夠好喝，有幾次都會另點牛肉湯搭配其他餐點。
目前中午套餐推出的分別是蔥油雞、乾燒蝦仁、糖醋雞，醬汁下飯，好吃推薦。
特別推薦甜點，每道甜點都真材實料，料多味美。
店內備水要自助。

At present, the lunch set menus are scallion chicken, dry roasted shrimp, sweet and sour chicken, and rice with sauce. It is delicious and recommended.
Desserts are especially recommended. Each dessert is made of real ingredients and delicious.
