 Okonomiyaki and monjayaki shops. Up to 5 of each are posted on the wall. Plum shiso monja is stupid. The store manager and his mom friend create a nice atmosphere.

しかも、丁寧に。
広島焼きはすっごい美味しい！
なんて素敵な店だぁー。
A really good store. I went to the busiest day of the year (Bon Odori day), and even though all the seats were filled with reservations, they responded until after 19:00!
Moreover, politely.
Hiroshima-yaki is really delicious!
What a nice store!

The staff helpfully explained how to best mix and cook, and the result was delicious.
