も	もゆる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪の電話対応。コロナかもしれないと思い保健所に相談したところ、近所にあるコロナ対応をしている診療所として紹介されました。受診前に電話を、と言われたのでかけてみると事務の方が出たあと看護師に代わり、「何時ぐらいに来られますか？」と聞かれたため今から行くとしたら12時を過ぎてしまうと思います、と伝えたところ「じゃあ無理ですね。」とだけ言われて電話を切られました。その日は月曜日で午後の診療をやっていない日だったので、午後の診療が無理なのはわかっていましたしそれをやれとは言いません。しかし他のコロナ対応をしている病院を教えてくださるとか、明日以降に来てと伝えてくださるとか、もっと言い方があるのでは？とかなり腹が立ちました。いま医療に従事している方が大変な思いをされていることは理解しています。この時も診療所が混みあっていたのかもしれません。しかし、こちらも罹患しているかもしれないという不安の中で電話したのに、この扱いはいかがなものかと思います。医療に関わる者以前の人への対応の問題のように感じました。この診療所には行かないと思います。他にも病院はあるので。 Worst phone support. r	rio oo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の風邪の時や予防接種でお世話になってます。引っ越してきて一番近くの小児科がここだったので初めはお世話になりました。予防接種以外は予約がないので待ち時間は長い時がありますが先生がほんと優しいしなんでも聞けちゃうような話し方をしてくれます。受付の方もほんとに優しい。予防接種のことでわからなくて聞いたらすごい丁寧に教えてくれてすごい人がいたから忙しいはずなのに本当にありがたかったです。病院の裏には薬もらえるところあるしありがたいです！。いつも午前中にしか行かないので午後はわかりませんが午前中はお年寄りの方がほとんどな気がしますみんなに愛される病院だなって思います。 I am indebted to my child for colds and vaccinations. L	London Arsenal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミを見ると対応悪そうでドキドキしてましたが普段使う、総合病院の対応の方が料金も含めて色々悪く、月曜の午前診療で発熱外来で予め電話して対応してもらいましたが総合病院のような患者の足元見るような金額を請求されずにすみました。対応も含めて良かったです。会計までの待ち時間も総合病院に比べたら全て午前中で終わるこちらが助かりました。総合病院だと体調悪い中離れまで大回りで歩き午前中PCR的な検査、午後に結果。午後診療でやる気ない先生が適当に受け答えで薬出して終わりで更に薬待ちで1日使い、体調戻らず翌日も仕事休まざるを得ない状況でした。今後はこちらに行くようにします。 Looking at the word-of-mouth, I was thrilled because the response seemed to be bad, but the response from the general hospital, which I usually use, was worse, including the fee, so I had a fever outpatient call in advance at the medical examination on Monday morning.
