At that time, after we thoroughly cleaned it, we asked this real estate agent to make a final confirmation of the restoration to the original state, and he said, "This is not necessary to clean, so the security deposit is fully refunded." However, the security deposit returned at a later date was reduced by tens of thousands of yen (up to one yen). Moreover, there is no prior notice or contact. I immediately contacted the real estate side, but since the person in charge was absent and I responded individually, it was postponed for several days if I could not respond by anyone other than the person, and finally I got in touch, so I presented the explanation and statement with the amount subtracted. However, he gave only a crisp explanation with no cleaning fee. In the end, there was no explanation of the grounds for the reduced amount, and this story was about to break down. To this, I protested, "Is it foolish to pull the story and take only money without any explanation?" A few more days later, the difference could be recovered by hand, but the envelope was handed over with the momentum to throw it away without any apology.
