S	S45C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前はらーめん一（はじめ）だった跡地です。学生時代に何度も晩御飯を食べに行った東中野を思い出して、五年ぶりの中野の夜を丸松さんで過ごしました。らーめん一だった頃の面影は間取り以外は殆ど無くなっており、カウンターや壁をはじめ全体的に装いを新たにしてテレビも流れていました。午後4時半に入店しましたが常連さんが既に二組入って盛り上がっていました。最初の注文は紙に書いて店員さんに渡します。料理はいずれもバツグンに美味しかったです。何も食べても抜群に美味しい以外に何も言うことはないです。席数は相変わらず少ないので2時間制ですが、一通り食べて飲んだらササッと去るのが良いでしょう。 It is the site that used to be Ramen Ichi (beginning). T	Tokyo Experiment Matyu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼きとんの名店、秋元屋で店長をしていた方が独立して開いた店です。店は12人位座れるカウンターと4人席の机が一つ、そのためいつも混んでいて並ぶ事も少なくないそうです。焼きとんは塩、タレ、味噌ダレから選べるのですが、自分は店にお任せで注文しました。レバーは塩だったか、中は半生でプリッとした新鮮な食感でこれは期待以上に美味しい。カリカリに焼かれた軟骨、豚バラは味噌ダレだったか、やや甘くてコクのある味付けが、こってり濃厚な豚バラに良く合います。他にも焼きとんは種類が多く、かしらやちれ等も焼き加減が良くジューシで弾力あって文句無しに美味しいです。うずらは味噌ダレでしたがホクホクと落ち着く味わい。また煮込みがさっぱり魚の和風出汁の香りで、これも他の店の甘い煮込みとは違って絶品でした。どれも美味しくてリーズナブルなので人気なのも当然でした。 The restaurant was opened independently by the manager of Akimotoya, a famous restaurant of Yakiton.
