思い返してみれば、借り受け時の手続きも本来は丁寧な説明が必要になる重要事項を説明した書面に内容を説明,確認する前段階で他の書面と共に署名を求める点でおかしい。
繁忙時間帯の手続き簡略化のためにはコンプライアンス面を無視して構わない姿勢が如実に現れている。
二度と利用しない。

返却時に事故車を自社で直したものだったことをバイトの子が何も知らずに教えてくれて、驚愕。
直したといっても内側を見たところ一部割れたままネジが付けてある。こんな直し方そりゃ外れるでしょう。
受渡時に社員らしき人に説明を受けましたが、もちろん借りる前にそんな車だとは聞かされていません。事故が起きていてもこちらの責任にされかねませんでした。
車も傷だらけで四方八方汚く白く傷を塗りつぶしてあるし、恥ずかしかった。
月10回以上仕事で色々なレンタカーを借りますが、こんな危なくて汚い車を渡すお店は初めて出会いました。
