利用はお勧めしません。
じゃらんや楽天で予約した日時の変更などはできないので、OTAで予約した料金体系をベースとするのではなく、基本料金での対応となるや、20時閉店で渋滞のため10分ぐらい遅れて到着するとお伝えすると明日の朝に返却してください。延長料金は〜などと言われも少し寄り添った対応をしてほかったです。
最終ガソリン給油をする時間がなく急いで返却できましたが、距離料金18円/kmで請求されました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レンタカーでの車種は多いけど、店員に笑顔無く、朝8時開店するけど、目の前に返却の車がいても、知らん顔。
ちょっとガッカリ❗で、星一個減らしました‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は対応もよく素晴らしい店でしたが今は無愛想の店になりました。しかも5km走っただけでガソリンメーターは減りました。そのくせ提携のENEOS東三国店とは裏取引しているせいかガソリンを無理やり満タンに入れます。
新大阪からも遠いですし他店をオススメします。
It used to be a great shop with good support, but now it's an unfriendly shop. Moreover, the gasoline meter decreased just by running 5km. Perhaps because we have a back-door transaction with the ENEOS Higashimikuni store, which is affiliated with that habit, we forcibly fill up the tank with gasoline.
It is far from Shin-Osaka and we recommend other stores.

ここを使うのは絶対に止めた方が良いです。
まず男の店員が無愛想でダルそうに話し、返却時のガソリン給油をする店舗（ENEOS東三国店）を指定してきて、更にそこでのレシートを提示しろと言ってきます。
全国各地で色々なレンタカー店舗を使ってきましたが、こんな事を要求されたのは初めてです。
その結託している、いや提携してるガソリンスタンドでは自動で給油が止まってるのに爺さんの店員の3分くらい放置されました。
そして給油口から抜く前に強引にガソリンを給油してきて1Lくらい嵩増しされて「何かの間違いか？」と思ってましたが、他の方も全く同じ事を書いていたので故意にやってますね（笑）
そして返却時には別の無愛想な店員が入口ど真ん中で仁王立ちして睨んできて、店舗の敷地内ではなく道路脇に停めろと言わんばかりに無言で指を差しての指示。
最初から最後まで不快な店でした。
繰り返しますが、この書き込みを読まれた方はもう一度考え直して下さい。
他にもレンタカー店舗は幾らでも有ります。
