★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々調べて、こちらで小型バイクを購入して2年。ここにして良かったと思います。
購入時の価格は他店に比べて安かったですし、店舗はキレイで店員さんはとても丁寧に対応してくれました。
メンテナンス店と販売店は別ですが、歩いて1分かかりません。
メンテナンス店の店員さんも、わからないことは聞けば親切に答えてくれます。次のメンテナンスはいつ頃、何をすればいいか等も、メンテナンスノートに書いてくれますし、LINEでメンテナンス予約も取れます。
メンテナンスの価格は、他店と比較した事がないので高いか安いかわかりません。でも、丁寧にやってくれるので、いいかなと思います。

The clerk at the maintenance shop will kindly answer any questions you may have. The maintenance note will tell you when and what to do for the next maintenance, and you can make a maintenance reservation on LINE.
I don't know if the maintenance price is high or low because I have never compared it with other stores. But I think it's okay because they will do it politely.

メカニックの男２人の接客が終わっている。
若者のバイク初心者を下に見ていると感じた。
この店で中型を買ったが、メンテナンスも不満が多い。
メンテナンス時に大型バイクを見ていたら、「このバイク買うか？高いから買えんやろ？」と言われた。
客を確実に舐めている。
そんな私は今、他のバイク屋に今のバイクを売って、大型に乗っています。
大型を契約する際に他のバイク屋に話を聞いたがこの店は、バイクを安く売るだけの店と言っていた。まさにその通り。この店はおすすめできません。

購入後のメンテナンスもお世話になっています。
安いとその後のアフターフォローがイマイチだったりするお店がありますが、ここはそんなことなく、整備の方もいつも対応良く、不明点あれば説明もしっかりしてくださるので、購入後も安心かと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車体が安くて購入したんですがほぼ毎日100キロ以上走ってますが購入当初から電圧が悪く1ヶ月経ち気温が下がり朝、晩キーがオンにならない状態になりお店も連休とっており自分である程度探って電圧計もつけて最終バッテリー変えたら電圧が安定しました。
ゴミみたいなバッテリーつけた新車販売されました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to buy a motorcycle because a friend bought his here and had a good experience. Long story short, my experience was a bit worse -- the bike I ordered ended up five months late, with little communication from them about the delay or when it was expected. HOWEVER! It wasn't his fault -- it was Honda's, and further more (with a little prodding) he did everything he could to make up for the lateness. The shop owner (Osanai-san) was also kind, courteous, helpful, and very apologetic about the whole affair. I would highly recommend both him and his store. (Although, next time, if ordering an out-of-stock motorcycle I would try to lock down the delivery date a little better!)
