★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1、ここは、私が知っているにりんかんの中で一番品数が少なく欲しいものは売り切れが多く、数欲しいのに少なくいつまでたっても補充されません。その場で欲しい私は困った時に行ってもパッと買ってこれません。ですが店員さんは好きです。しっかり要望にこたえてくれて注文にあたりキッチリ調べてくれて欲しい細かでマニアックな部品を理解し届けてくれます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビックスクーターの整備頼んで、3週間かかり、終わりましたと言われたので取りに行った、駆動系の交換、フロントフォークオーバーホール、12ヶ月点検、でぇバイクを受取帰り始めて１キロ位走った所でFIランプが点きスピードが30キロ位しか出ず、必死でお店まで戻りました。私のスクーターには変速機が付いているためプーリー、ベルトなど交換した場合リセットを機会に読ませないといけないのに、この二輪館はそれすらせず、点検走行もしていないで、渡したみたいです、死んだらどうするんですかて感じです。
I asked for the maintenance of the big scooter, and it took 3 weeks, so I went to pick it up. The FI lamp turned on and the speed was only about 30 km, so I desperately returned to the store. Since my scooter has a transmission, if I replace the pulley, belt, etc., I have to read the reset at the opportunity, but this motorcycle building did not do it, I did not check it, it seems that I handed it over But I feel like what to do if I die.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コチラでチェーンの調整を頼んだ所、馴染みのバイク屋さんからテンション張りすぎで危ないから再調整してもらった。他にも配線の雑さ等、色々あったのでちゃんとしたバイク屋さんに比べると技量はイマイチかもと言う印象です。
When I asked for the chain adjustment here, I had a familiar bike shop readjust it because it was dangerous because of too much tension. There were various other things such as the complexity of wiring, so I have the impression that the skill is not as good as that of a proper motorcycle shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんは皆さん親切ですが、人によっては少し上から目線な感じもあるかなって感じたのと、工場は何時も混んでいて予約必須なので星４にしたいところですが１つマイナスして３にしました。
The clerk is kind, but I felt that some people might have a slight glance from above, and the factory is always crowded and reservations are required, so I would like to make it 4 stars, but I subtracted 1 to 3 did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会計をするのにだいぶ待たされている。スタッフは４人程レジにいるにも関わらず、並んで待っている客様に対して全く気にしない、声掛けしない様子。あんまりにも待たされていたから買うのやめて、店から出た。スタッフはお客様に対する対応のレベルアップ、お願いしますよ!
I've been waiting a long time for accounting. Despite the fact that there are about four staff members at the cash register, they don't seem to care or talk to the customers waiting in line. I had to wait so long that I stopped buying and went out of the store. The staff would like to improve the level of response to our customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交換修理を依頼したが部品が無く、店員が二日程で入荷するので入荷次第連絡するとの事でしたが、二日経っても4日経っても連絡が無く、５日目にこちらから電話してみた所、「2日で入荷しましたが、こちらでまだ検品してなくて連絡してませんでしたー」との返答。入荷したら連絡するって言ったよね？笑 それでいつ交換出来ますか？と伝えると、「予約がいっぱいなので3週間後です笑っ」ふざけてるんですか？詰めてすぐにやってもらいましたが。また別の修理依頼した時もカプラーが刺さってなくて、ライトが付きませんでした。「ちゃんとやった」の一点張り。他の店舗はもっとまともなのに酷い店舗です。

アパレルはとりあえずあります程度。
色んなものと見比べたい時は、和光へ行く事にしています。
レジスタッフは、大丈夫かなぁと思う人もいるけど、取り寄せして欲しいものは、ちゃんと届くので、とりあえず利用する。
主人のバイクの部品取り付けに行く時、私のバイクのウインカーが故障してしまい、急遽修理をお願いしたら、引き受けてくれたこともありました。助かりました。
あと、洗車場があり行くと誰かしら洗車しています。
