★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 病院のお医者様とはパソコンばかりいじって、患者の顔もろくにみず いつも嫌な思いばかりでしたが ここのお医者様は顔を見て 適切にしっかりと診察をして下さいました。又看護婦さんや受付のスタッフも 笑顔がステキで、皆さん優しく 気持ち良く帰れました。
The doctor of the hospital and the computer always fiddled with the patient 's face too slowly I always had a bad feeling but the doctor here looked at the face and examined properly and firmly. Also the nurse and the staff of the reception desk was a nice smile, everyone was gentle and comfortable returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前通わさせてもらっていてまた診てもらいたくて連絡したら「今回はどうされました？」と言われて唖然。通わなくなったので来てほしくないのか電話での対応最悪だった。「今予約一杯でとれませんよ」とか。最後はまた電話させてもらいますと言ったらあっさり。途中で来なくなった患者は邪魔者なのはわかるけどそんな話し方あるんか？二度と行かねーよ。
When I contacted me because I was allowed to go there before and wanted to see me again, I was stunned to be told "How did you do this time?" I didn't want to come because I couldn't go. “You can't get a full reservation now.” The last thing is that I ’ll call you again. I understand that the patient who has stopped coming along the way is an obstacle, but is there such a way of speaking? I'll never go again.
