★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電車が遅延してしまっていたので30分以上前に「10分程遅れてしまう」と電話し、「大丈夫だ」と言われたためキャンセルせず、10分遅れでお店に着いたら「もう予約から10分遅れているので無理ですね。」と態度の悪い女性に言われました。次の時間帯は予約があるので分かりますが、その時間帯は誰もいなかったので、せめてもう少し丁寧に対応してほしいと思いました。私は遅れて迷惑をかけてしまったと思い謝罪したのですが、その女性からは一度も謝罪の言葉もまたお越しくださいという言葉も聞けず、大変不快で出向いたことを後悔しました。もう二度と予約しません。
