◆エビとトマトの両面かた焼そば1500+焼餃子(3個)318=1818円を注文。 ◆間取り…入ってすぐに4人テーブル×5、2人テーブル×1、6人テーブル×2。奥に厨房。 ◆運営…厨房に男性1人、接客に女性1人。BGMはTVのニュースバラエティ番組。 ◆料理…他のメニューはかなり安くコスパの良い品々だが、両面かた焼そばのみ手間が掛かるためか高い価格設定となっていた。 見た目は面白いのでインスタ映えはするが、やや油っこい麺とのバランスを考えると、モヤシや人参や白菜等を増やした方が好みかな。 トマトを崩しながら食べると酸味があって美味しかった。

Other menus are quite cheap and have good cost performance, but the price was set high probably because it takes time and effort only for double-sided yakisoba. It looks interesting, so it looks good on Instagram, but considering the balance with the slightly oily noodles, I think it's better to add more bean sprouts, carrots, Chinese cabbage, etc. When I ate it while breaking the tomatoes, it was sour and delicious.

平成26年オープン 帆@馬喰町さんです。店主さんは中国湖州の特級厨師 珍しい湖州料理がいただけるお店。夜営業にお伺いしましたがすんなり入れました。4名席6・2名席2・6名席1の店内。店主さんのオリジナル麺 エビとトマトの両面かた焼きそば1500円と餃子500円をいただきました。両面焼きそばといえば「梅蘭」さんを思い出します。美味しかった記憶がありますが、こちらはいかがでしょうか。最初はワンオペで動かれている店主さんはオーダーも基本仏頂面でやはり提供にもある程度時間を要します。まず餃子が着皿。焼き具合よく焼きで肉韮ぎっしりの美味しい餃子。続いて焼きそばが着皿、太麺揚げ焼きの麺は焼き具合パリパリ感は抜群ですが、油を多めに吸っていて若干重い感じはします。肉韮キャベツキクラゲ等の餡は麺とよく絡んで美味しいです。熱々まるごとトマトの酸味もお酢の変わりでよく合いますね。ただ個人的には、イタリアンも意識したのかパルメザン(粉)チーズをトマトにまぶしていますが、どうしても焼きそばにはだいぶミスマッチな気がしました。あとエビがあまり主張して来ないですね。総じて私の中では焼きそばは最終的に微妙。。。他の料理をいただいておりませんので私の評価など参考になりませんが、CP重く、店主さんの仏頂面(後から来たお母さん店員さんはフレンドリーでした)、焼きそばで今一度再訪するかどうかは分かりません。ごちそうさまでした

I visited the business at night, but I entered it smoothly. Inside the store with 6 seats for 4 people, 2 seats for 2 people, and 1 seat for 6 people. The owner's original noodles Shrimp and tomato double-sided fried noodles 1500 yen and dumplings 500 yen. Speaking of double-sided yakisoba, I think of "Umeran". I remember it was delicious, but how about this? At first, the shop owner, who operates with one operation, takes some time to order and provide the basic Buddha top. First, dumplings are on the plate. Delicious dumplings that are grilled well and are full of meat. Next, yakisoba is on the plate, and the thick noodles and fried noodles are very crispy, but they absorb a lot of oil and feel a little heavy. Bean paste such as meat garlic cabbage jellyfish is delicious because it is often entwined with noodles. The sourness of whole tomatoes goes well with the change of vinegar. However, personally, I sprinkle parmesan (grated) cheese on tomatoes, probably because I was conscious of Italian food, but I felt that yakisoba was a big mismatch. Also, shrimp don't really insist. As a whole, yakisoba is finally subtle in me. .. .. I haven't received any other dishes, so my evaluation is not helpful, but the CP is heavy, the owner's top of the Buddha (the mother clerk who came later was friendly), and whether to revisit with yakisoba I don't know. Food was good but service by one of the lady staff was not so pleasant.talk in a very sarcastic manner.think she was more friendly towards the jap customer than us,maybe because we are not local.(anyway she is from China sorry not biased on nationality).bill time she just told us a amount without any bill breakdown and when we requested for bill she produce it and ask whether we can claim.She mention the restaurant customer all pay without checking but from wat i see most of the table is drinking so maybe they are too drunk to check or dun bother to check.will consider to return for the food but not the service.just a reminder pls check bill for those who like to eat there.

Fried beef broccoli too oily.. The rest of the dishes are fine.. lady boss was very proud and told us her restaurant every night will be full when we are checking with her what the menu has written as we do not understand Japanese written menu.. tried speaking English but they do not understand at all.. they are Chinese from China.. Food not bad but lady boss not very friendly.. when requested to itemize bill and she brushed us off to say that Japan do not have itemized bill at all which other places I went do give itemized bill..

We went to ‘ dumplings course ‘ at this casual Chinese restaurants. Not only the course menu we order few extra... Each dumplings were unique and different taste. My favorite are Chinese chives and cashew nuts ones. This course is require at least 4 people reservation but it’s was very fun experience I must say.
