★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の大手HMや人気工務店を比較しましたがコスパのいい家造りをされてます。それでいて耐震等級3（wallstatで耐震の見える化）や気密断熱性も素晴らしくエアコン1台で家中快適です。（C値0.2のエアコン21℃設定で冬は半袖短パン）また調湿機密シートを使い壁内結露対策もしっかりしています。特に打ち合わせでは痒いところに手が届きすぎるくらいの提案をしてくださり本当に満足いく家造りができたかと思います。質問した際は不明瞭な答えが返ってくることはありませんでした。中にはデザインに特化した家造りをされてる人気工務店もありますが耐震等級3相当だったり、「柱が邪魔になるのでデザインを重視するのであれば外します」等の発言もあったりして全く信用なくなるのですが、この丸庄建設さんはこれでもかってほど耐震性にはこだわっています。アフターも迅速かつ丁寧です。シンプルオシャレで機能性重視の家を建てたいと方は話を聞きに行くだけでも価値はあります。

There are some popular construction shops that specialize in design, but there are also comments such as earthquake resistance grade 3 equivalent, "I will remove it if design is important because the pillars will be an obstacle". I can't trust it at all, but Marusho Construction is still so particular about earthquake resistance. After-sales is also quick and polite. If you want to build a simple fashionable and functional house, it is worth listening to.
