もう一度投稿します。
ある意味で星5を優に越える
現在契約してる方は雇用契約書を確認し最寄りの労働基準監督署持って行って確認してもらった方がいいですよ
これからこの派遣会社で働こうと考えてる方は必ず後悔する、絶対だ。
私は千葉労働局に電話と最寄りの労働基準監督署に行き、雇用契約書と協定書の詳細を話したが労働局の方は十年勤務してるが初めて聞いたこれは「かなり陰湿でいやらしい」今すぐに辞めた方がいいと話された。
労働基準監督署でも同様な回答で契約書事態おかしいと、これは無効だと。
この会社のホームページも怪しい従業員数60人と書いてあるが私が見た方は2人だけだ
これは本当の事だ。労働基準監督署と千葉労働局も認知している、後は時間の問題だと思う
