★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今でも覚えています。20歳すぎの免許とりたての頃、雨でスリップし、せまい道でセンターラインを超えて走ってきた対向車のダンプと衝突しました。その時の任意保険はセゾンでした。セゾンに電話すると、「よくも土曜日のこんな時間に事故をおこしてくれたなー、テメエコノヤロー」との言葉が返ってきました。初めての事故で、ただでさえ気が動転しているのに、胸のいたみや呼吸困難に耐えつつ電話したのに、このような言葉を聞いて愕然とし、途轍もない不安に襲われたことをしっかり覚えています。また、今でも私の心の傷となって残っています。
今では他社の保険に入っていますが、このような言葉を言われたことは勿論ありません。今日でもその社員に、あの時何故そのような対応をとったか説明をしてほしいですし、謝罪もしてもらいたいです。まず，事故による恐怖や不安をやわらげる発言をすべきなのに、全く教育がなっていないとしか思えません。私はセゾンはおすすめしません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、鍵をなくしてしまい、車をディーラーに移動させるため、自動車の保険に加入しているセゾンさんのロードサービスに連絡しレッカー移動をお願いしました。電話したときの初動から対応完了までの「神対応」といったら、すごかったです。電話対応も説明がきちんとしていて、連絡も適宜。担当者の引継ぎもばっちりで、いうことなしです。業種に関係なく、電話すると自動音声で待たされたり、やっと人が電話に出たと思ったら、自分たちの理屈ばっかり言ってきて頭にくるところが多いなか、ここは間違いないです。事故を起こしたときもきっと神対応していただけると安心しました。保険料も安いし、ほかの会社に変える要素はありません。ここはお客さまを第一に考えてくれる会社です。業績も順調、頷けますね。
