A	Aishath S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日素敵な物件があったので内見の予約をさせていただきました。前夜には「明日は宜しくお願い致します」と連絡をいただいたのですが、当日の朝一に「確認をしたところ申込みが入ってしまい内見が出来なくなった」とメールが入りました。続けて「他の物件なら案内出来るので是非予約通りご来店ください」と。物件探し初心者で、無知で恥ずかしいのですが、弟からおとり物件と仲介手数料に気をつけろと念を押されていたこともあり、不安になって結局お店には行きませんでした。いくつかのポータルサイトを確認しても、室内の写真が見当たらなかったためアエラスさんに連絡をいれたのですが、その際に「写真は1枚もないので今度撮りに行く予定ですが、内見した方が早いと思います」と来店を促されました。築10年以上の物件で写真1枚もないなんて、よく考えたら怪しい気もします。やはりおとり物件だったのでしょうか。仮に本当に直前に入居者が決まってしまったのだとしても、当日の朝一で連絡が来るということは、前日には申込みがあったわけなので、対応は不誠実のように思えます。せめて前日のうちに連絡をくださっていれば、印象も違ったかなと思います。アエラスさんの全ての店舗がそうではないと思うし、お店に行ったら親身に相談に乗ってくださるのだろうと思うのですが、初めての物件探し＆初めての内見にワクワクしていたので、当日朝一のキャンセルはとてもとても残念でした。 I made a reservation for a preview because there was a nice property the other day. It’s very difficult to found a Room in Tokyo but for foreigners so I went to a shop located in Yoyogi station(ソレイユ代々木店). The staff Named sekine さん is very helpful and friendly, He behave me as a friend and to searched a Room for myself at Tokyo , ありがとうございます。また利用しますね。
