受付の方も新しくなり、対応良くなりました。
前の方は対応悪いと言えば悪いのかもしれませんが、それでも寄り添ってくれた対応だったので、私はなんとも思いませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用させて頂きました。直ぐに眼科で診察後コンタクト２週間試し装着をして帰宅。商品は2.3日後店頭受け取りですが、眼科の方々は非常に明るく気持ちの良い接客対応で色々と親身になって相談して頂きました。眼科しかまだ行ってないですが商品は受け取るだけですし、一番は診察でレンズの良し悪しが決まるので診察が良いに越したことはありません。ですからオススメです。
レンズに関しては調べた限り池袋で他店より一番安い価格で販売されていると思います。

眼科の方も、コンタクト店の方も、ハキハキとしており、他のクチコミにあるような悪い印象は全く受けませんでした。
できたばかりなので、とてもきれいです。
以前の眼科の診察券を持っていくと、情報が引き継がれるため、新たに問診票を書くなどの作業はなく、とてもスムーズでした。
コンタクト購入では、クレジットカードが使えないところだけが、難点ですが、他店より安いため仕方がないかと思います。PayPayは使えました。
またこちらに通いたいと思います。

無愛想な態度、袋が欲しいと伝えると嫌な顔をされる、ありがとうございますの一言も無し。
移転前もいつもガラガラだったが移転後も変わらず。他のレビューにもある通り受付スタッフの接客レベルが酷すぎるためリピート顧客がいないのでは。
長い間目を瞑っているのだろうが、ぜひ見直していただきたい。

それはそうなんだけど、言い方等あまりにも心地良いとは言えないものでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is really convenient because it has clinic and shop in one so you don't have to make a separate appointment with a doctor (don't forget your insurance card). The wait was very short and the lady there took a lot of time to help me figure out which contacts were best for me. Also, they told me their was a coupon I could show on my phone to get the contacts for even cheaper than usual. This is actually the second place I went to to get my eyes tested as the first doctor in a different clinic in Tokyo didn't get my eye test numbers right. Highly recommend this place! (but I think they only speak Japanese)
