★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首と肩が痛くて、腕は上げられず首もまわらず困ってたので行きました。
姿勢のこととかよく分からず痛みが取れればなーぐらいだったのですが、頭の位置が正されて猫背気味だったのが背筋シャキッ。
ポンポンポンとリズム良くほぐされ、首の痛みは軽減されました。上がらなかった手が上がったことと、起き上がるのもしんどかったのにスルッと起き上がれるようになったのにもビックリ。3日ぐらい痛みで困ってたのに。
痛みはすぐには治らないからこれ見て体整えてねーとストレッチも教わりました。
