カード引き落としの情報変更がWebでも書類郵送でもできないとのこと。店に行かなければ対応しないとのこと。
無駄なお金を入れているだけなので、一般の人はプレミアムは入らず、メンテナンスも都度支払うのでいいかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんがとても丁寧ですが、一点の不満があります。新しい製品を購入したのに、中古の物をくれました、写真の通り、箱もボロボロ、テープも既に開封された。信用していたので、細かいをチェックしてなかった。お会計前に必ずチェックしたほうがいい。

お店で別の商品に交換してもらいました。
店員さんはとても丁寧で、すぐに解決してもらいました。なので4星に変更します。またお店を利用するチャンスがあると思います、これから自分もちゃんと確認しないといけません、よろしくお願いします。
