S	Shinnosuke Kasahara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸住宅の退去時、クロスやふすまの減価償却（消費財は6年で1円になるように計算する）を全く無視した見積もりを出してきて敷金の返還を拒否されました。こちらが対応したのが女性一人だったからか、減価償却についての説明を求めても「そんなものはない、文句があるならどこにでも訴えたらいい」とすごまれました。消費者センターに相談したらコロっと態度を変えて適正価格で敷金が返ってきましたが、無駄な手間ばかりかかりました。ほとんどの賃貸住宅は複数の不動産屋さんが扱ってるので、他の会社に仲介してもらうことをお勧めします。もう2度とこの会社とは関わり合いたくないですね。 When I left the rental house, I refused to refund the deposit because I made an estimate that completely ignored depreciation of cross and bran (consumables are calculated to be 1 yen in 6 years). Most rental houses are handled by multiple real estate agents, so we recommend that you let another company intervene. I don't want to get involved with this company again.
R	R S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問題解決までに時間がかかる。社内の連絡事項の通達も多分できていないのでしょう。この口コミを先に読んでいたら契約しなかったのに…。とにかくお客さんの立場に立って物事を考えることが出来てない会社です。他の方の教訓通り、退去する際は気をつけたいと思います。問題発生して解決するまでには約１ヶ月くらいかかります。しかもそんな大したことじゃないことで…。あまりの不手際の多さに怒りを通り越して呆れました。 It takes time to solve the problem.
