タコのにぎりは、ほんのり薫りがしていて柔らかく、茹で方にコツが有るのだそうです。
『なみだ巻き』なるものをいただいてみました。
勇気の有る方は是非一度チャレンジ下さい。
大将お一人ですので少々…時間が掛かるのでお時間と気持ちに余裕を持って行かれると良いかもしれません。
