★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年通っています。先生が丁寧に病状を問診してくれて適切な対応をしてくれましたので、お陰様で病状が凄く安定しました。
ビルの2階にあるのでちょっと場所がわかりにくいかもしれません。クリニックの駐車場は狭いので早い者勝ちです。駄目な場合は近くの有料に停めましょう。
クリニックの中は清潔感があり、大きな窓から差し込んでくる陽当たりがとても気持ちです。雑誌や子どもの読み物もありますのでちょっとした暇潰しもできます。予約制ですので、予約時間に行けばほとんど待ち時間がありません。そのせいでか、薬局で渋滞します。

すでに他の病院に通院して9年。
引越しを機に転院希望のため電話をしたが、
「予約がいっぱいでとれません」の一点張り。前病院にて4週間分しか処方されてない
旨を説明しても「とれません」。
話にならないので別の人に代わったもらったが、イマイチな対応。なぜそんなに上からの態度？「4週間以内に予約がとれなくて薬がなくなったら？」と聞くと「別の病院をあたって下さい」との事。
前病院から木更津メンタルクリニックだったらいいと思う、と言われて紹介状も書いてもらっているのに、なんという態度。
最悪です。
薬が無かったらまともな生活も送れない患者に対する態度だろうか。
医療人として、それでいいんですか？
こんなにひどい扱いを受けるとは
思いませんでした。
精神科なんですから、精神を病んでいる

最初に先生を変更できない旨、説明があったが病院の都合で変更されてそこは少し残念ですがまぁお薬が合ってるのでなんとも。
ただ毎回思うのが会計の早さ。他の病院とは違いテキパキとしててほとんど待ち時間なし

新薬ばかり紹介され、その副作用を抑える薬が出て満腹です。
正直、日々悪化してきており、転院を考えていますが、コロナの影響か転院先が見つかりません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実はここ、最初5の評価だったんですが‥最初は優しかった先生が回数を重ねて行く内に患者に慣れ、説教を始めたり、怒鳴ったりすることが多くなってきます。
診断書の内容に疑問が残り質問を電話でしたのですが、内容に相違があり、お怒りのご様子。
診断書を再び取りに行き、先生が怖いですと看護師さんに相談すると先ほどの電話を聞いていた看護師さんが先生を変える方法を教えてくれました。
患者の気持ちに寄り添うように最初は良いように見せてきますが、所詮はただの素人集団でした。
すぐに先生を変えてもらいました。新しい先生はまともであることを祈ります。秋元先生は要注意です。

1年以上通院していなかったので完全初診扱いになるかと思いましたが、事情を説明したら「前回と同じ先生の診察なら…」と枠を入れてくださいました。
もちろん、あまり時間は取れないという念押しはありましたが、だからといって雑だと感じることはなかったです。
みなさんにこにこと穏やかに接してくださるのでこちらも落ち着いて相談できます。
私含め、精神疾患の方ってまとまりのない話し方をしがちなのですが、先生はしっかりと最後まで聞いてくれます。
そのうえで相談に乗りつつお薬の説明や飲み方も軽く話しながら処方してくれるので、安心できます。

以前はとても感じのいい院長先生がいらしたのですが、院長先生がご都合で退職なされてからはほかの病院から送られてくる先生が長くて1年、早いと半年程度ですぐ変わります。変わるたびに合うか合わないかハラハラします。
以前いた女の先生に至っては、変わるということをきちんと伝えられず、次回の予約日時の話になった瞬間「私その時もう居ないんで」とあっさり言われて唖然としました。
なのに先生が固定なのは絶対で、先生が代わる際も次の先生が決められていて、合わなかったとしても変えることはできません。
新しい人と接するのも疲れる病気の多い診療科目なのにこのやりかたでよくやっていられるなと思いますが、近隣に他にいい病院もないので…
