工	工藤シンジ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコンを購入しようと思ってる方、気を付けて下さい。室内側の配管穴、結露防止や防火対策でパテ埋めする様に工事説明書に記載されてますが、実際穴埋めはされません。現場の店員さんはされてるはずと思ってますが･･･。後でクレーム入れてもお客様のサインがあるのでと言われます。見えない所はお店を信用してこちらはサインしているのに、こちらの落ち度の様に言われますし、本社の店舗運営部の上の方から、取説に書いてあっても、ミスターマックスの方針で穴埋めはこれまでもこれからもしないと言われました。こう言う対応をする企業です。私は穴に気付くまで虫の侵入やアレルギーにかなり苦しみました。ちなみに大手の家電量販店では、穴を開けたままにすると雨漏りなどのトラブルが発生するので、例外無く塞ぐとのごとでした。 If you are thinking of buying an air conditioner, please be careful.
