ここから借りたマンションではトイレ故障であったり、電気の接続部分が天井から剥がれ落ちてくるなど生活がしにくくてどうしようもない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去時の違法な過剰請求され、宅建の知識があったので『納得できないので訴訟』すると伝えた。
違法にも関わらず『法律で認められる』と言われたが後日、謝りの電話があり支払わらずに済んだ。
知識のない借主であれば、言われるがまま支払っていたと思う。それを良い事に違法な過剰請求をするなんてあり得ない。
あの時の態度（法で認められていると言い放った時）、思い出しただけでも頭にくる。
