Kobayashi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高台から大阪湾を一望できる地元住民の憩いの場所です。山陽電鉄東垂水駅降りてすぐ。車の駐車場はありません。車なら垂水平磯スポーツガーデンの駐車場に停めて東垂水駅の陸橋を超えて来るのがいいかも。絶景です。 It is a place of relaxation for local residents who can overlook Osaka Bay from a hill. Immediately after getting off at Sanyo Electric Railway Higashi-Tarumi Station. There is no car parking. If you drive, it might be better to park at the parking lot of Tarumi Iso Sports Garden and cross the overpass of Higashi-Tarumi Station. It is a superb view.

The building of the Kobe city sewerage seems to be a little in the way, but I think it's a nice little park where you can see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
