There is a free parking lot near the Tumulus. The entrance is free, they just need to measure your temperature and then you can visit this place freely.

When I was in high school, I came here on my way home from school and was hit by the sea breeze. The Goshikizuka Tumulus is a huge anterior-posterior tumulus built at the southern end of the Tarumi hill in the western part of Kobe City, in the southern part of Hyogo Prefecture, with the Akashi Strait below and Awaji Island on the opposite bank.
