バースデーケーキ付きのランチのコースをいただきました。半個室のお席でいただけて、お料理がどれも美味しくて大満足でした。 花火付きのバースデーケーキ、いくつになっても嬉しいものですね。

初来店! ランチのコースでお願い致しました! 結果は、満足です! ホールの方の対応と気遣いがよく、いい時間を過ごさせていただきました! お昼時は、予約が必須かなぁと思いました! 私達が、居る間に外で並んでる方が居ました! 今回、 3500円のコース! Wメインを出して頂くことに!! ・フォカッチャ (おかわり自由) ・4種類程の前菜! ・3種類のパスタ&リゾット (中から1チョイス) ・メイン魚 (今回はトビウオで三種類の調理法の中から1チョイス) ・メイン肉 (基本は、ポークです!で、+800で牛ほほ肉の煮込み) ・コーヒーor紅茶 満足です! 今回は、牛ほほ肉の煮込みにしましたが、ポークも食べたかったです!w

恵比寿から渋谷へ続く明治通り…。 住所で言うと恵比寿寄りの渋谷東…ってエリアかな。 自転車で良く通るんだけど、なかなかいい感じのお店が多いんだよね。 今回初めて訪れたイタリアン 『Il cielo EBISU(イルチェーロ 恵比寿)』 も期待を超えるお店でしたよ。 店内は程よい暗さでカウンターをメインに、個室も完備。 今回はクリスマス付近だったと言うことで、スペシャルなコースをいただきましたよ。 まずはコースについているシャンパンから。 ■ダチョウ ジャージー牛 パニーノ仕立て アミューズは岐阜県産ダチョウの冷製タルタルのハンバーガー仕立てから。 ■4種のトマト ミスティカンツァ 4種類のトマトを彩りも美しいサラダ仕立てに。 中にはブラータチーズや生ハム…ザクロの甘酸っぱさもポイント。 ちょい濃いめのサッパリとしたドレッシングは好みの味ですね♡ ■オマール海老 ラルド とちおとめ 出てきた瞬間、香ばしい香りに悶絶(笑) オマール海老をグリルにし、周りにはフランボワーズ。 下にかかっているキモが決め手だね。 ■ブリオッシュ ■蝦夷鹿 林檎 和栗 ラビオリ 斬新だったのがこちらのもっちりとした食感が印象的なラビオリ。 なんか黒くって良くわかんないけどね(笑) 中には濃厚鹿肉でオトナ味。 カリッとした和栗もアクセントに。 ■和牛ホホ肉の煮込み フォアグラ トリュフ メインは和牛の赤ワイン煮。 ちりめんキャベツの中には、まさにホロホロなテクスチャーのホホ肉とフォアグラ。 上からトリュフの贅沢感もポイント。 ■ルビーチョコレート ブッシュドノエル 切り株をモチーフにしたブッシュドノエルはクリスマスカラーで華やかに。 ふんわり生地と程よい甘さの生クリーム。 多分この時期だけだよね…コレ好きだなぁ。 コースのポーションもちょうどいいし、こじんまりとしたお店のサイズ感も嬉しいな。 良く自転車で移動しているんだけど、気になるお店は写真撮っておいて後で行きたいリストに登録してるんです。 年の瀬になかなか良きお店に出会え、俺の目は節穴じゃないと実感(笑) 2022年もいいお店を開拓したいね。

Burrata cheese and prosciutto ham ... The sweet and sour taste of pomegranate is also a point. The slightly dark and refreshing dressing is your favorite taste ♡ ■ Omar Lobster Lardo Tochiotome The moment it comes out, I faint in agony with the fragrant scent (laughs) Grilled lobster and framboise around. The liver underneath is the decisive factor. ■ Brioche ■ Yezo deer apple Waguri ravioli What was novel was the ravioli with an impressive chewy texture. I'm not sure if it's black (laughs) Inside is rich venison with an adult taste. The crispy Japanese chestnut is also an accent. ■ Stewed Wagyu beef foie gras truffle The main dish is Japanese beef boiled in red wine. Inside the chirimen cabbage, there are hoho meat and foie gras with a very fluffy texture. The luxurious feeling of the truffle from the top is also a point. ■ Ruby Chocolate Bush Donoel Bush Donoel with a stump motif is gorgeous with Christmas colors. Fresh cream with soft dough and moderate sweetness. Maybe it's only this time ... I like this. The potion of the course is just right, and the size of the small shop is nice. I often travel by bicycle, but I take pictures of the shops I care about and register them on the list I want to go to later. I met a good shop in the New Year holidays and realized that my eyes were not a knot hole (laugh) I want to develop a good store in 2022.

Had very high expectations for this restaurant but disappointed for weird reasons The food was ok. The beef grill was even great, all kitchen utensils looked beautiful. But when we get the bill, it was slightly unpleasant to get charged almost 10,000 yen for 2 dishes and 2 glasses of wine. What we ordered: -Milanese 1200 -Beef Grill 2800 -1 Chardonnay, 1 red 800-1200 each How could this it make up 10,000, even with the service fee and charge for amusement? I checked the bill and found the major differences: -2 Milanese(not aware that we are ordering 2) -1 mineral water (told them to use normal water 普通の水) We paid much higher for less food compared to other reviews. But the most unpleasant part is not being informed about any of these. It’s hard for me to recommend it to anyone, but if you are coming here, check your bill before you go.

Amazing little counter seat Japanese-Italian restaurant happened upon near Ebisu station. When we went at the end of February, the chef had just opened up 3 months ago. Though they spoke almost no English, he seated us and served us a delicious 4 course meal for 3800 yen per person. They hand-make all their carbs (pastas, breads, pastries), a must for any good Italian place. Though very meat-centric they accommodated our aversion to beef/pork with some of the freshest, Japan-sourced oyster and sea bream (he literally created dishes on the fly). You can feel head and sous chef (I wish I had learned their names) passion for food. The one con is towards the end of the meal, the chef noticed we still looked hungry and offered a 2nd pasta dish (a delightful sun-dried tomato-based squid pasta even better than the first more cream-based seafood pasta) but did not mention it would be extra charge to our current 4 course meal. Benefit of the doubt is the language barrier and/or cultural aspect that in Japan you pay for value in service and so it was implied. Overall, we will be back for the passionate chefs and creative food with hand-made ingredients.

Enjoyed their lunch prepared with organic vegetables and selected meat. The course menu was enjoyable except for the grilled pork which seemed a little overcooked with no pink colour left.
