自分は接客が仕事ではないと考えているのかもしれませんが…
住んでいるアパートは好きなのですが2度とあの女性に会いたくないので管轄がフレンドホームさんじゃなくなればいいのにと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場所は分かりやすく、広い駐車場もあります。店内は明るく清潔感もあり、落ち着いた空間でした。
契約前にメールでのやり取りでトラブルがありましたが、担当者Ｙさんの対応はクレーム対応が模範的で、同じサービス業者としてとても気持ちの良いものでした。
契約時は一方的でもなく、こちらも対応が素晴らしいと思いました。
ただ今回の契約内容は連帯保証人制度ではなく賃貸保証会社契約が必須であること、コンシェルジュサービス契約が必須のため、初期費用想像以上にかかりました。
初期費用を抑えたいとか考えず安心を買うと思えば良いと思います。うちはその分入居直後の不具合にもしっかりと対応、処置もしてもらいました。
結果的には女性の一人暮らしなどでは安心できる会社だと思います。
